I offer one-to-one therapy for adults who are struggling with difficult experiences, painful emotions or patterns that keep repeating. My work is trauma-informed, which means I carefully consider how past experiences shape how we think, feel and relate to others, and I ensure that treatment sessions are tailored to your needs and feel manageable.

What I can help with

  • Anxiety, including panic and persistent worry

  • Depression and low mood

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

  • Complex PTSD (CPTSD)

  • Difficulties managing emotions, including intense or overwhelming feelings

  • Attachment difficulties and problems in relationships

  • Burnout and work-related stress, including for professionals in high-pressure roles

  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism

  • Life transitions and difficult life events

If your difficulty isn’t listed, you’re welcome to get in touch to ask whether I’m the right person to help.

How I work

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, choosing the approach that fits you rather than applying one method to everyone. These include EMDR, DBT skills, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).

Therapy is collaborative. In our first sessions we’ll talk through what’s brought you here, what you’d like to change and how we might work together, and we’ll review progress as we go.

Sessions and insurance

I’m currently offering remote sessions only. I’m registered with AXA, Bupa, Bupa International, Aviva, WPA, Vitality, and Cigna. If you plan to use private medical insurance, please check your policy covers psychological therapy and contact your insurer to get authorisation before we begin.
