About me

I’m an HCPC registered clinical psychologist. I’m originally from New Zealand, where I trained, and I’m now based in London.

My experience spans a wide range of settings, including community mental health teams, a specialist learning disability service, forensic and medium secure settings, a child and adolescent mental health service, group therapy programmes and private practice. Working across such different environments has made me comfortable with complexity: people in acute distress, high levels of risk, and situations where there is no simple answer.

My work is trauma-informed and draws on therapies including EMDR and DBT. I also support professionals in high-pressure roles who are experiencing burnout.

I’ve completed specialist duty of care training for TV productions and bring that clinical grounding to the welfare of contributors and crew, assessing fitness to participate, tracking risk across a production and putting support in place early. My approach is calm, practical and collaborative, whether I’m working with one person in the therapy room or alongside a production team.
